The purpose of the VOX Learning Assessment is to take an objective look at the training/learning opportunities for your communication solution that are available to users, supervisors and administrators.

This is an engagement that allows you to validate any concerns that you might have and identify areas for improvement.
METHODOLOGY & DELIVERABLE
A VOX Training Assessment consists of a combination of online questionnaires followed by an on-site group meeting or remote group conference call. You will then be provided with a findings report and recommendations.
